T Stands For Triple Cube Card

"Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honor all the day." Ps. 71:8

Good evening all!  I just thought  I would do a quick post for TSFT over at Bleubeard & Elizabeth's at Altered Book Lover.  I learned it and received directions over at my SU! demo's house last week, and since have made two.

I used an old stamp set to decorate this one.  In fact the papers are all retired, too.  Choosing the papers and colors were more difficult than putting the cubes together.

This one I made for a friend's special birthday.  Both these cards fold flat and fit in a regular A-2 envelope.

Below is another project I was working on.  A friend wanted some teabags for her crafting, but doesn't drink tea, so I was drying out bags, and  emptying them to send to her.  Meanwhile, I will also have some tea stained paper towels for crafting. Win/win!

I promised short, and short it will be!  Thank you for stopping by to see what I am doing.
Happy T Day to the T gang.

Happy Columbus Day, too!

Love your dimensional box cards- amazing they can fold flat to fit in a regular envelope! They are beautiful, and special as well.
So nice of you to send dried teabags as well as having some of it for yourself;) Happy T day!

These are both beautiful cards. When I first saw them, I thought they would make great baby cards, too. They are so well done.

How sweet of you to share your tea bags. They DO make great backgrounds and I know a woman who turns them into tiny books, too. I may have to make one one of these days. Thanks so much for sharing your incredible cards and your teabags with us for T this Tuesday, dear Sharon.

OMGosh. I completely FORGOT it was Columbus Day. Thanks for the reminder. It's odd because I used to work in Columbus, Kansas and it was a big day there with parades, food tents, and such.

Happy T-day!

You are very impressive to find a way to reuse the teabag paper -- it looks like quite a big of effort. I guess people also compost the used tea leaves, which would be a big win though for a rather small saving in trash disposal.

Interesting cube cards, Sharon. I'm trying to figure how they fold flat. I can't! They look like a lot of work - or play.

Happy T-day! Stay safe and stay well. Hugs, Eileen

P.S. I think I've got it! The tall tower cube flattens to the back. The two side cubes flatten downward. I can't believe how people come up with these clever ideas. They must be card engineers. Maybe there's a degree for that.

Wow! Those are very special 3D cards. Beautiful! I have never seen those before. And great that they fit into a normal envelope.
It's fun to use used tea bags. I gives you beautiful natural colours. Your friend will be very pleased.
Happy T-Day,
Hugs,

Your cards look like they have taken quite a bit of time to make. Dimensional cards can be so complicated but yours look fabulous. And I love the tea stained towels. Can't wait to see what you come up with to make with them.
Happy Tea Day,
Kate
