Hello Blog Visitors! Today I have been creating a tag and a card for a couple of challenges. The Tag is for Tag Tuesday and our theme is Wings. I am combining it with a Try a New Technique Challenge of SplitcoastStampesr to make a Floral tag card. We even had a video to look at.
Here is my tag:
I used the following stamp sets by SU!: Fast & Fabulous, Special Reason
The sentiment and the leaves are die cut with SU! Stylish Stems die cuts. The oval is die cut with Sizzix oval die & the butterfly with a Memory Box die. I die cut the top of the tag with SU! Two Tags die, then just cut it the length I wanted it. I added rhinestones to the centers of the flowers and sprayed the whole thing with Shimmer Sparkle by ImagineCrafts.
The stamp set is a two step. I stamped the first stage with the lighter ink, then the outline in the darker color. I used my Misti to get them lined up.
I Then stamped my card the same and added the tag to my card. I couldn't get the photo to show all the glimmer. But it is very sparkly.
