T Stands For Celebrating Hubby's Birthday

Ps. 119:11 "Thy word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee."

We celebrated my husband's birthday this week!  So that will be my ticket to the Tea Party over at Bleubeard & Elizabeth's TSFT! 


 We visited the new Doo-Dah Diner.  

 Can you see the bacon dipped in chocolate?  Uhhm.  This is definitely comfort food!  Huge pieces of chicken!  Sausage & gravy.  This is Chicken & Wilson on the menu.

Notice our lemon water.

We brought home the chicken and extra sausage and gravy!  They even brought us complementary monkey bread to eat before our meal; that is the empty bowl.  Great celebration meal for hubby! :)

What crafty things have I done this week?

I tried my hand at Bible Art Journaling: Ps. 119:11

Just used stash.

And I made some simple postal friendly Christmas cards.  I bought a package of 3 Tim Holtz dies a couple of years ago,  and was disappointed when I brought them home and they didn't cut a solid piece, but a negative.  Now, I think I like the negative on these simple cards.  I used the dies with SU! Real Red & Whisper White cardstock.  The sentiment comes from a SU! stamp set named Contempo Christmas.
I am not good with clean and simple and just had to add three little red sparkle stickers!
