Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD;
and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. Psalms 33:12
I will try to do another TSFT post! Doctor appointments and physical therapy take up a lot of time, and Tuesday is also Bible study day. So, I am scheduling a post but actually doing it on Sunday afternoon. That is what I did last week, and it worked pretty well. I just have to remember to link it to Elizabeth's party at Altered Book Lover. I also want to link to **Art*Journal*Journey* this week, as I did a journal spread for Hallie's Botanical theme.
This is actually called a Smash Book from K& Co. I have had it for years and decided to start using it for art journal spreads. The size is about 7 x 10 inches, which is just right.
I used 49 and Market ephemera & rub ons. My photos are printed off of social media of our grandson. I just thought they were so cute and had to be used somewhere. I thought this concept worked better than traditional scrapbooking. I used an art journal sketch off of ACOT, with theme of rectangles, Challenge #31.

Here is my ticket for TSFT:
I took a photo of a photo hanging up in the establishment. So cool.
Thanks for stopping by. Stay cool. See you next time.

I love 49 and Market craft supplies. And I remember SMASH books too. They seemed to come, become big and then disappear or at least I haven't seen any around for quite a while. And although your lunch doesn't look really healthy, it does look tasty. I hope you have a super T day and week ahead. hugs-Erika
Funny thing — I was just thinking about a patty melt today. I think I saw a photo of one elsewhere than here. Looks really good!
I remember when Smash books were all the rage. Now you don't hear about them at all. I think the junk journal replaced them. I like what you did and how you created that fun entry with your grandson as part of the spread. This is a great entry for Halle's theme at AJJ. Thanks for sharing.
I want the french fries. You can have the sandwiches! What a fun time out you must have had at Freddy's Steakburger. Thanks for sharing your drink, too, dear friend.
