T Stands for Trips

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge:but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7

Hello readers!  I am back from one trip and getting ready to take another.  Last week I went to see one of our grandsons graduate from college and got to see the other grandson's home.  Visited with our daughter and family and had such a lovely time.  I wish they didn't live so far away.  This week, I am taking a day trip to a craft retreat.

This morning I took a lovely walk as it was so nice and cool.  It has been hot here, so I have to get up early to get a nice walk in for the day.

I saw these dogs one day on my walk.  They are Norwich Terriers: Rosie and Mia, Mom & daughter.  Aren't they adorable? They wouldn't pose for me.

These guys were right out front of my house when I started out for my walk!

And I saw a turkey on my walk!

And this was a pretty view from my walk.

Wildflowers on the trail.

Our daughter reads my blog and knows about the drink related post we do for our entry to Elizabeth's TSFT party over at Altered Book Lover.  But still it surprised me when she reminded me to get a photo of our drinks when we went out to eat. LOL. She picked me up at the airport in Atlanta, and we went to Chick-fil-a to eat.

But I believe this founder of Chic-Filet is holding a drink, so this is my ticket!

I have been scrapbooking today, but no photos yet.  I wish you all a great T Day and a great week!

Beautiful views from your walk.

Glad that you were able to see your Grandsons graduate and visit with family. We love Chick-Fil-A and that's a great statue of Truett Cathy.
Happy Tea Day,

- Fil-A was from down south, but I didn't know it was Atlanta. I think that is a great statue with the founder and his drink. And I think it's great you got to visit with your daughter. In hope you have fun at your craft retreat and have a happy T day too Sharon. hugs-Erika

I'm glad Chick-Fil-A has changed its stand against LGBTQ. I might actually try to find one in Wichita. Loved the photo of the statue of the founder with the cup.

Glad you enjoyed your time with your grandson and his graduation.

What a lovely place to walk. Those geese are EVERYWHERE. They will take over the world, I believe. I bet you didn't walk this morning if you were in town. It was raining hard until just recently.

Thanks for sharing your walk, the beautiful things you saw along the way, and your trip to Chick-Fil-A in Atlanta for T this Tuesday, dear Sharon.

Sounds like a fab week! I enjoyed seeing all the animals on the walk and in all my travels to America, I've never been to a Chick-fil-A so that's now on my to-do list ...ha,ha 😀. Happy T Day wishes! Hugs Jo x

Wow, you have been around! How lovely you could attend the graduation.
I love seeing where you walk. Pretty flowers and lovely scenery. And the animals!
I don't know Chick-fil, but I assume it serves chicken. That is a great bronze of the founder. I like that.
Happy T-Day,
Hugs,
Lisca

Hoping that this publishes- I wrote a very long comment last week only to lose it! It's great to see family isn't it? Your walk looks so interesting - do you see many little birds too? As for last week, apart from missing having a garden, we settled well into retirement living. We can join in if we wish with any activities and our restaurant is excellent. Belated Happy T Day, Chrisx
