It is again time to join Julia over at Stamping Ground and to look at what other crafters have on their desks.  I love seeing what crafters all over the world are doing.  

So, first here is my card I made this afternoon for the House-Mouse and Friends Monday Anything Goes Challenge, with option of stitching, while zooming with my crafty friends.  This is also for the Color Challenge on SplitcoastStampers to use Pacific Point, Pear Pizzaz and Gorgeous Grape. (or nearest colors you have)

This stamp is Diva Hopper and is for a precious lady whose last name is Hopper!  I stamped with Memento Black Tuxedo on Whisper White, and colored with Copics.   I cut the ovals with my Creative Memories ovals, because I wanted them larger.  I did the bigger oval with Pacific point, and the base is Pear Pizzaz and embossed with SU! Spring Flowers EF.  The butterfly was cut with the Beautiful Wings embosslit by SU in Elegant Eggplant.  Sentiment is from Turtle Friends by SU!

You can tell I have been using my Copics.  I don't know why I have so many out!  Kind of messy, but really fairly neat for a change!

Remembering Mom & WOYWW 360

Hebrews 11:1  "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."


Good morning, almost afternoon! I have been thinking I wanted to remember my late Mother today.  It is her birthday and she would have been 91.  She has been gone since March 2014, and I miss her very much.  I am always wanting to call her and tell her something.  She was a faithful prayer warrior, and I miss her prayers, too! No one prays for you like your Mother does!  She was interested in everything about me, unlike any other person in the world.  I know my heavenly Father is interested in everything about me.  So thankful for him and for the fact that because of my hope in his Son, Jesus Christ, I will see my Mom again.  Because of that hope in him, I know she is with him.  So, as I remember her today, I look forward to seeing her again, someday.

As you can see, I have some papers out and my sticker storage out.  I even have my color coach out.  Down below are some cards I made this week for challenges on Splitcoast Stampers. 

O is for Ornament is a card I made for
the Alphabet Challenge and for the Christmas
Card Challenge.  It also qualifies for the USEIT2016
Challenge.
I used the Alcohol Ink Technique for the background.
The stamp set is an old 2009 set, Holy Triptch.
I colored the image with Copics.
The "Peace" is a stamp from RiverCity Rubberworks.
The inside and envelope are stamped with O Come
To Bethlehem.  The ornament is a Spellbinder Die
I bought a couple of months ago from Tuesday Mornings
for $4.99.  The paper is Lavender Lace  S.U.

This card was made for the Teapotter Challenge.
The theme was Wizard of Oz.  Since I didn't have
any Oz Stamps, I went with this theme.  Can't you hear them chanting this? I used Chocolate Chip with the woodgrain EF.  The card base is Crushed Curry.  The lion is from Wild About You, the Tiger is Art Gone Wild, and the bear is unknown.  The sentiment is computer generated.  The charms are off a broken bracelet!

This is  becoming a habit.  I again forgot about it being WOYWW!  I have been hunting photos to scrap for my British Isles trip, and seem to have packed them away when cleaning clutter.  So, am trying a LO with what was already out.  Don't know where my main envelope with the rest are. ?????
So, here is my desk as it looks this morning complete with iPad, and hot tea. :)

   And below is a card with a Copic colored Lili of the Valley image, that I did for the Coffee Tea Ways to Use it Challenge on SplitcoastStampers last week.

And another card, a Christmas card that I did for the Featured Stamper Challenge on SplitcoastStamper, using a brand new (for me)  MFT  Die-namics pierced square die!

WOYWW 325 & Encouragement Ministry Cardmaking

Good Evening!  I am rather late to the WOYWW Blog Hop this week! One of the other ladies on the Encouragement Committee at our church was over and we were printing off, and die cutting Bible verses and sayings for the insides of cards.  Next Wednesday we will meet all the rest of the ladies at church and make cards using these dies and sentiments we prepared today.

So here is what my area looks like tonight.  Haven't begun to clean it up yet!  I am going to try to organize it better before taking it all back to the church! LOL  Most of the paper and goodies have been donated by other crafters to our ministry.        Here is one views of my craft area, and below from the other direction

We even had stuff all over the floor, and then there is the area where we cut the paper. I have a lot of cleaning up to do!




Below are two projects I have done in the past week:  I colored a Sarah Kay image with Copics and put on a variety of DPs.  The last project is a page I did for my art journal.  Just used some stencils, acrylics, and a variety of distress inks.  I was basically experimenting with mixed medium, and watching a few tutorials on You Tube.
