WOYWW 280

Good afternoon!  I wasn't going to post today, but here I am!   Here is what my desk looks like for all you WOYWW snoopers! :)  Completed scrap pages, cards from a SU! workshop yesterday, and a new toy!  I got this EK tulip edge punch for $3.99 today and was excided to come home and play with it.  I think it will make fun pieces to put on cards as well as great boarders for scrap pages. I am a fan of  EK punches, because if something doesn't work, their customer service is great.  I speak from experience.
It has been a great day so far! Our Son called us this morning and we had a wonderful chat with him.  It is always nice to hear from our kids who are gone from the nest and live far, far away!   And then we had a wonderful time of Christian fellowship and Bible study this morning, at our ladies weekly Bible Study.   A great way to begin the day!  I hope you are having a blessed day today!

Stop by and see Julia' Stamping Ground and the other deskers if you want to snoop some more desks! Thank you for stopping by!  I am late, but I will come by and see you.  Hugs!

  1. I love EKSuccess punches - the quality is so good and they punch so much more easily than other brands. Your layouts look lovely - were you on a cruise? It looks like it from the photos

  2. Hi Sharon - I saw your comment on another WOYWWer blog about how to leave a message by the Post a Comment box. If you are using blogger then you need to get to the overview blog page (the page where you can find all your comments, the layout of the blog, posts etc etc). Look on the lefthandside and there is a list, click on settings, then click on 'posts and comments', scroll down the page and you will find a box called Comment Form Message - put whatever message you want in there and save it (you might have to save twice as there is a save settings button at the top of the page) and fingers crossed you will have a nice little personalised message by your comments box - HTH

  3. I agree, EK punches are the best. They make the SU ones too. Your tulip punch looks like a fun design and what a bargain! I don't have many border punches, other than the standard scalloped type, but I did succumb to a starry one this month. Thanks for stopping by.

  7. Hi Sharon! You have a beautiful blog! So bright and happy and comfy. Looks like a place to hang out and have a cup of coffee and a great chat. Your desk looks the same, what a beautiful scrapbook layout and lots of fun stuff just ready to be added to something! It is always good to hear from our kids and sounds like your morning was blessed. I hope your afternoon goes just as well.

Thank you for visiting me and you asked how to add a statement at the comment section. You need to go to Settings then to Posts and Comments then at the bottom of the form you will see a box with "Comment Form Message to the left of the box. Just fill in the box with whatever you want and don't forget to save, lol! Hope that helps! Wonderful to chat with you today! Hugs, Rasz

  15. There's nothing like being included, however far away, by your children. Great way to buoy you up for the day. You'll be up to date with this year in terms of scrapping soon - impressive! The punch was a score, so pretty and as you say, so useful.
