Happy 2019!

2 Co 5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:  old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

T Stands for the very best to you, my friends!  I am sitting here on New Years Eve looking at our hostess Elizabeth's wonderful cruise journal pages.  So fabulous!  For sure, I wish I was having high tea on an ocean cruise!  But here I sit with my tea and leftover Christmas Snack mix,  in front of my laptop.  I do hope to visit  you to celebrate T Stands For Tuesday.

Here is a shot of all the lovely homemade Christmas cards I received this year!  So gorgeous and creative!  Some came all the way from Australia and Spain!  Thank you to all my friends.  These cards gave me so much pleasure and enjoyment!  I hung them going down my stairs to be admired by family and guests during the holidays!

Now, I promised to show you my big gift project that I did this year and every year for the past 15 years!  I cut, stamp and color 15 sets of these little mini calendars for some family and friends.  They are originally given with a 3 1/2 x 5 inch acrylic frame.  Each month fits in the frame for display.

It has been a wonderful year, and you all have helped make it that way!  Thank you for all your comments and encouraging words in 2018!  I look forward to more inspiration and sharing with you in the new year!

Happy 2019!  Thanks for stopping by!

  2. What a wonderful shot of your tea, laptop, and snack mix. Looks like you are ready for the new year to arrive.

Now I have yet another reason for not making cards. Yours are so clever and unique. You have some great friends. I also know I don't have dies, stamps, and coloring utensils that could make anything as lovely as these.

Your calendar pages are wonderful. You certainly know how to stamp, something I can't say for myself. Thanks beyond belief for the card you sent and your participation at T each week and this almost Tuesday, too.

BTW, Sally and I went to El Agave on Saturday. It is on your side of town. I couldn't believe all the traffic and how many people were out and about, but I guess I should have because it was the weekend. PLUS, even though it was freezing cold, we stopped at Marble Slab in Bradley Fair and got ice cream!!! I ate a waffle cone and took a large container of their handmade ice cream home.

  8. Your stamped calendars are wonderful, Sharon! What a special handmade gift. I'm puzzling over how you stamped all the months since they have different starting days of the week and different numbers of days in the months. That must be a very special stamp set. The illustrations are terrific too.

Happy T-day and a very Happy New Year! Hugs, Eileen

    1. The numbers and months are done on the computer; this year by a dear friend! I just make 15 copies and cut. Then I am ready to stamp the images and color, paint or sponge! I do love doing them! It is fun every year to pick out the images to go with each month!
