WOYWW 274

I have been MIA from the Desk Hop for the past two weeks.  Been cruising!  We celebrated our 48th anniversary, which by the way is today, by going on a 11 day Alaskan cruise on the  Princess Star.
We saw lots of great scenery; glaciers, waterfalls, mountains, and beautiful coastline.  And besides that, we went letterboxing, and I learned napkin folding, Quilling and Origami.  We even made a Travel Journal in a class on ship. The entertainment was great on the ship, as well as the food, the service and all of the activities.  My husband and I throuroghly enjoyed our cruise!

So a couple of photos:  First one is of my desk as it looks right now, with my photo prints, and mementos from the cruise.  I am trying to choose photos and divide up everything so that I can begin the scrapping process.  Second and third one are of some fabulous girls I met and crafted with on the ship.  They gave me permission to post their photo on my Blog.  We really enjoyed crafting together on the  At Sea Days.  The fourth photo one of the great sights we saw on our cruise in  Glacier Bay and the last is of my husband and I celebrating our anniversary on formal night on the ship.

  2. Many, many, congratulations on your 48th anniversary! May God, our loving Heavenly Father, bless and keep you both. May He turn His face toward you, and keep you safe in Him.
What a wonderful way to celebrate, too. Gorgeous photo of Glacier Bay. When we visited the Canadian Rockies, a trip to Alaska was just too much - now I think we wish we had done it - 'cos we can't do it now. John's health simply wouldn't stand up to it. Hardly even take the car off the drive at the moment.
    Have fun scrapping your trip.
    Take care. God bless.

Congratulations (belated) on your 48th wedding anniversary. And what a lovely way to celebrate it! I've never been on a cruise but a trip to Alaska to see the glaciers is definitely on my 'bucket list'.
I have no idea what 'letter boxing' is, but it sounds very interesting.
Looking forward to seeing your scrapbook pages of your cruise.
Thank you for sharing your desk.
    God bless.
